The amplifier component product line draws from ENGIN-IC’s innovative and state of the art amplifier MMIC designs. ENGIN-IC’s growing selection of amplifier components provides wideband, high power and high PAE performance.
ENGIN-IC amplifier ENGAD00017 is a 2 to 18 GHz solid state power amplifier with > 5 W output power, 15% PAE nominal, 40 dB gain and in a small 2.9” x 2.1” x 0.45” package. Custom options including 10 W output power available upon request.
ENGIN-IC has launched a product line of low cost S to K Band switched filter banks in a small package. These can be used in receive and transmit architectures for channel selection and spurious reduction.
Model ENGAD00031 is a 4 channel X-Band SWF with 1 GHz bandwidth channels, 4 dB loss, > 50 dB isolation and size of 1.9” x 0.75” x 0.25”. Custom configurations available upon request.
ENGIN-IC utilizes its high performance MMICs to manufacture the highest performance Transmit / Receive (T/R) Modules in the industry. A set of custom packages has been developed to achieve performance from L to K-band frequencies. Evaluation boards are available for all models. Custom parts can be developed with very short lead times.
